We are near the corner of East State Street and Perryville Road (across from the McDonald's on Perryville).
Is your office accessible?
My office is on the first floor and accessible.
What are your office hours?
I offer daytime and evening options.
How long is a typical session?
Appointments are just under an hour.
What do I do to get started?
Call or email me for a free consultation. You can tell me more about you, ask questions, and schedule your first appointment from there.
How do I pay?
I accept a variety of insurance carriers as well as private-pay clients through.
Do you offer video sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person and telehealth options.
What age range do you work with?
I work with adolescents and adults.
Do I have to tell you everything?
You don’t have to tell me anything! I do believe that once you come, you will find it is a safe space, I am a safe person, and sharing your experience will naturally evolve.
Are you a Christian counselor?
I am a counselor who is a Christian. Not every client is looking for faith-based counseling, and that's okay. For those who are, we welcome those connections and conversations to be present in your journey.
Do I have to lie on a couch?
I don’t even have one! I do have comfortable chairs, pillows available to hold, and a beautiful space ready for you.
