  • My office is near the corner of Riverside and Mulford in Rockford, IL. (On Mulford I am directly across from Sams).

    I also offer telehealth appointments.

  • You will receive a link to our appointment through my client portal. When it’s time you simply click on the link to join!

  • I do! I love getting to see my clients in person and have a beautiful, comfortable, office space we can work from.

  • My rate is 150.00 per hour. However, I accept multiple insurances. If using insurance, your payment would be determined by your policy and coverage.

  • Prior to you first appointment you will receive paperwork (via the client portal) to complete. We will go over those pieces and you can ask me any questions you might still have. We will get to know each other more and start to determine what you want from your journey.

  • There is a saying, “it takes what it takes.” Change is a journey and impacted so many different factors. Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions.

  • I enjoy working with a variety of individuals ranging from adolescents through adults.

    Trauma, anxiety, depression, or the broader needs that come from life’s challenges and transitions are all areas I provide support for.

    As a former foster parent and adoptive mom, I am also passionate about supporting individuals along that very unique journey.
