My office is a safe space to pause, breathe, and feel. We will decide together what each step of your journey will look like. Call, text, or email. We can connect by phone or set up a time for a video consult, during which we can get to know each other better, and I can answer all of your questions.

Get to work
We’ll set consistent times to meet together (most often weekly or bi-weekly) and work together to make a plan for the change you want to see. We’ll take it one appointment at a time, knowing that change is a journey, and I will be with you every step of the way.

See change
Recognize and celebrate the growth! You will start to notice you understand yourself in ways you haven’t before, see your challenges with a new perspective, and learn the tools to have your feelings in safe, healthy ways.
